Thick paper, Craft paper, jewel sticker, pen, scissors.
Cool necktie card i found on web, had to slightly adjust to cropped craft paper i had leftover.
I advice people to try outlining with a color pens - it gives a more controlled shapes and a bit cartoonish look :)
